Prior to CHRO Partners, Cindy Lu was the CEO of a professional services firm that won multiple fast-growth and best places to work awards and she contributes a lot of that success to CHROs on her board of advisors who gave her the ‘tough-love’ advice she needed to retain and attract the best talent in the market.
Cindy currently resides in the Dallas, TX and Fort Lauderdale area with her husband, daughter and their pup Hank.
