How to Enroll

Step 1: Select your assigned cohort below.

Step 2: Pay with your corporate card. If you've purchased before, log into the LMS first.

Step 3: Watch for welcome emails with portal access and calendar invites. We'll schedule your four Season Sessions with Cindy for you.

2nd Tuesday Cohort

12:00 to 1:00 pm CT + office hours to 1:30 pm

2nd Tuesday of each month in 2027. No sessions in April or September.

  • 60-minute Situation Room Zoom session, plus 30 minutes of office hours
  • 4 one-on-one Season Sessions with Cindy Lu
  • AI strategy workshops or guest speakers
  • Up to two in-person events: the CHRO Reset Retreat and The Big CHRO Event

  • AI strategy guest speakers and workshops: scheduled based on availability. Dates and times to be determined.
